This club is over 7 years old and is one of the largest, and most active on campus. We go to Little Tokyo in LA once every couple of months, we attend the convention Anime LA in January, have trivia contests, video game contests, have a week long event called the Great Naruto Scroll Hunt (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLCkSV3xu5g), have cosplay contests and workshops, have lessons in Japanese, show AMVs and anime, have a manga check out wall, have art contests, go out for sushi every so often, and do so much more. We are also planning a trip to Japan in June 2011. Beginning with aid to DARFUR four years ago, this club has sent money to Doctors without Borders (the group who is helping in Haiti now) as well as organized and sent several dozen boxes to children in other countries through Samaritan's Purse. We also support our troops in Iraq and Afganistan by sending cards and essentials: we are the only group on campus that focuses on this need. Activities this year include the PHS Winter Carnival where we had two games and a booth for food. Currently we are soliciting goods: snacks, entertainment, toiletries for U.S. paratroopers in the 82nd airborne. The group performs together in the fall in field shows, parades, football games, school events, and community events. The Cardinal Regiment was named 2010 SCSBOA 2A Champions and is one of the top groups of it's size in California. Membership is open to all students at Patriot High School. ClubThe G.R.aF.E.C. club (also known as the Gamers, Role-Players, and Fantasy Enthusiasts Club), is devoted to making a place for fantasy gaming enthusiasts, to hone their skills, learn new games and meet other students with similar interests in the fantasy genre. We hold Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Risk, and Munchkin tournaments, play Dungeon's and Dragons, and attend the Renaissance Faire every year. B 126 AVID ClubAll AVID students are members of the AVID club. Members are students who are interested in attending a 4-year university or college after high school. The AVID Club plans college field trips and other extracurricular activities for AVID students.
Every Tuesday both lunches | California Scholarship Federation (CSF)The California Scholarship Federation emphasizes high standards of scholarship and community service for California high school students. Founded in 1921, the California Scholarship Federation is the oldest scholarship institution in the state of California. Membership is open to any currently enrolled PHS student. Letters are awarded to students who attend 75% of the business meetings and contribute 40 hours to club activities. Business Meetings are held each Wednesday, 2:30 p.m., in B131. Painting sessions are held each Monday, B131, 2:30 p.m. Dr. Mason, B131 Dramatis PersonaeDramatis Personae (Theatre Club), along with Seventh period Advanced Theatre, is directly responsible for the Theatre productions and other Theatre related activities here at PHS. Students will learn first aid, taping skills, and rehabilitation skills. All students have the opportunity to work at both home and away sporting events as student athletic trainers.

Knitting ClubClub members meet to knit and socialize. As an organization, we work together to create knitted items for charity groups or causes.
