College Preparation

Attention Class of 2012!

Now is the time to start researching colleges. Take a look on this page to see all of the valuable resources to get your search started.

ON THIS PAGE YOU WILL FIND IMPORTANT COLLEGE ADMISSIONS INFORMATION

College Presentation

HERE ARE A FEW IMPORTANT TIPS:

Deadlines are EXTREMELY  IMPORTANT !  Missing deadlines or not following through on requirements are easy ways to count yourself out of the admissions process.

Be sure to follow the process for requesting letters of recommendation if you need them. Not following the process may lead to getting a letter that is not favorable to you.

Go above and beyond them minimum admissions requirements. Simply meeting the minimum requirements may not be enough!

Use one email for college and financial aid correspondense and check them regularly. Most universities use the internet and email system to establish communication with you regarding deadlines and application processes. Don't miss out on opportunities because you didn't check you email!

Talk to your counselor if you you need any advice or have questions about the college application process; after all,  that is what we are here for!

Class of 2011 please bring your counselor a copy of your acceptance letters.

We are proud of you!
