capped off a tremendous sophomore year of elite swimming at CIF. He single handedly scored the most varsity
points in dual meets, the most Sunkist League points overall (55.25), and the
most CIF points (29). He made personal

Sanchez is a responsible, respectful and committed student to her school work. In AP Spanish V Literature, she excels in her
learning as she discovers the beauty of all the work presented. Her integrity to the class is amazing as she
participates in discussions and works well as a team with other peers. She is a joy to her classmates in class. (Language Arts Department) |

Diamond
gives her all during the games and has the courage to go out and keep battling
regardless of being knocked around. She
holds her own and is willing to do what is necessary for the team. She had the integrity to walk away from a
situation which kept it from escalating.
She plays softball with her heart and she is discovering new things
about herself on a regular basis.

Emily is the colorguard captain and has been for 3 years. She is chosen as the student of the week because she has demonstrated strong leadership abilities helping the colorguard to have an extremely successful season and helping with recruiting for next year. She goes above and beyond her duties as a student leader on a daily basis. (Language Arts Department) |

Matt Villegas is the 2009/2010 Varsity Baseball Team Captain as well as a three year Varsity letterman. Matt demonstrates commitment to his team and school work. Matt has a lot of respect from his teammates because of the courage he shows on the field. Matt will help lead his fellow Warriors in the playoffs starting the week of May 17th. |

Samantha
is an excellent government student and she was also an excellent student in AP
World History. She demonstrates courage
as the daughter of a very sick parent; commitment in that she works very hard
in her studies and also on the swim team.
She demonstrates strength as a role model to other students; daily she
demonstrates respect as she treats everyone with kindness and compassion. She is smart, kind, committed and
respectful. Even in times of difficulty
she has always held her head high, smiled and shouldered on. She is truly the embodiment of Patriot Pride.

Rebecca

Team. This is her second year on the
team and she does an outstanding job.
She is at every workday and meeting.
Rebecca is a guiding force on the team, she can always be counted on to
get work done on time and well. Rebecca
is a great asset and integral part of the team!!!

commitment to academic excellence by completing every single assignment in
class. He asks in depth questions in
order to discover alternative ways of finding solutions to mathematical
problems. He demonstrates responsibility
by keeping up with the curriculum despite any absences. He is always polite, respectful and willing
to help other students that have any questions.
